Increasingly, care facilities are outsourcing their staff training to state-subsidized online platforms, which are taking on a great responsibility. For the provider Pflegecampus, a series of training videos on care-specific topics such as communication, aids and problems was conceived and realized. The challenges here are the broad spectrum of the target group and the absolutely necessary low threshold: even in adverse everyday situations, such as on a cell phone in local public transport, important content must be easy to absorb. As always with didactic media applications, catchy visual implementation and the careful coordination and synchronization of words and images are key.
